Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of MacroPilot. They are a starting template and should be reviewed by a lawyer before you rely on them.

1. Acceptance
By using MacroPilot you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a coaching business, you agree on its behalf.
2. The service
MacroPilot lets you log food, calorie burn and body-composition data, share it with an assigned coach, and view an automated analysis of it. Features may change over time.
3. Not medical or dietary advice
MacroPilot is an informational tool. Nutrition estimates, projections and the Insights analysis are approximate and generated automatically. Nothing in the app is medical, nutritional or fitness advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Consult a doctor or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet or training, especially if you have a health condition.
4. Accounts
Accounts are provisioned by a coach or administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access data that is not yours, or attempt to;
- disrupt, overload or probe the service or its infrastructure;
- upload unlawful content or content you have no right to submit;
- resell or redistribute the service without permission.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the permissions needed to store it, show it to your assigned coach, and process it (including via third-party APIs) to provide the features you use. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability & warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates are accurate.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MacroPilot and [Company legal name] are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for decisions made in reliance on the app's estimates or analysis.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service or other users.
