User Manual

A walk-through of everything in the app, tab by tab.

Signing in

A coach or administrator creates your account and gives you a username and a one-time password. Change it under Settings → Change Password after your first sign-in; that also signs you out of any other devices.

Today — logging food

  • Text: type what you ate (“grilled chicken breast, rice, broccoli”) and press Log it. It is parsed into calories, protein, carbs, fat, sugar and fibre.
  • Photo: use the camera button, or the library button to pick existing shots. Attach up to four per entry — different foods, or a product plus its nutrition-facts label (the label's printed numbers are used exactly).
  • Voice: tap the mic and speak; the language selector next to it sets the recognition language.
  • Manual: “Add macros manually” if you already know the numbers.

Today — adjusting entries

  • Portion: the Qty control rescales an item from ¼× to 4×.
  • Grouped dishes: a dish made of several ingredients logs as one line; the chevron expands the ingredient breakdown, and “Edit ingredients” lets you change, add or remove them — the total recalculates.
  • Copy / clear: copy a single item or a whole day to another date; “Clear day” wipes a day's entries in one step.
  • Use the date arrows to log or edit a past day.

Today — calories burned & energy balance

Enter one total-daily-burn figure (from a watch, ring or estimate). The Energy Balance card then shows Net (intake minus burn — the real day's balance) and vs Plan (how closely you followed the coach's calorie target), with a note when the two disagree.

Progress

The 90-day strip shows one square per day — green when logged calories landed within 15% of target, amber when logged but outside, grey when not logged. Below it, a trend chart for every body metric with two or more readings; the x-axis reflects real elapsed time, and any chart can be expanded.

Body Comp

Add a scan by typing the numbers or uploading a screenshot of a scan result. In the History table, untick a reading to leave it out of the Progress trends without deleting it; the trash icon deletes it.

Insights

Once there are at least a few logged days, a weekly analysis appears: key takeaways, then what's working / needs attention / working against you, a projection, and anomaly check-ins. Ask the coach chat follow-up questions. It refreshes once a week; “Regenerate” forces a new one early.

The circle button in the top corner sets light / dark / auto, a preset colour theme, or a fully custom palette.
